Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://tradingcardswayne.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Lowkey reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Football Cards, Gaming Cards, Sports Cards, Sports Collectibles, Trading Cards provided by Lowkey. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Lowkey (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Lowkey may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Lowkey does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will Lowkey's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Lowkey against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NJ law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NJ for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
